Mash Bills:
• Two high-rye Indiana mash bills (approx. 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley)
• One corn-dominant Indiana bourbon
• Blended with older Kentucky and Tennessee barrels for added depth

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Amber gold

Nose: Bold clove and allspice lead into creamy macadamia, light tobacco, and sweet honeysuckle, evolving into green apple, nectarine, and toasted oak.

Palate: Opens with vanilla, marshmallow, and cotton candy before giving way to a rush of black pepper, cayenne, and cinnamon-baked apple. Notes of underripe blackberry and apricot add tart contrast.

Finish: Candied ginger and black pepper taper into a lingering honeyed sweetness.
