Sugar Plum Absinthe is a luxe, limited-edition spirit of untamed flavor, following a classic French absinthe recipe dating back to 1855. Mirroring a technique used to craft gin, we infuse and distill locally grown wormwood with fennel seed, anise, Gentian root, Angelica, lemon balm, and hyssop. The Absinthe blend is then combined with a mystical plum and fruit distillate, adding a lingering kiss of sweetness. Before bottling, we perfect the mixture with a touch of our finest ingredient, a white pine syrup crafted from pure sugar and white pine trees.
