In September of 2017, we released our first collaboration with Bellwoods Brewery. Utilizing their recipe for Witchshark and applying our yeast and processes, Street Shark Double IPA was born. In 2020, our Hit Refresh Series allowed us to revisit the original, introducing the even more intensively dry-hopped Super Street Shark. Pushing the boundaries even further, thanks to the utilization of Citra and Simcoe Cryo hops, we've now supplied this beer with even more amplified levels of hop saturation.
Pouring a hazy, honey-colored orange, Super Duper Street Shark offers dazzling fruit-forward aromatics. Layered tropical notes of pineapple juice, guava nectar, and mango sorbet are our welcoming first impressions. On the palate, a citrus-forward character arises, displaying highlights of zested orange peel and pomelo. Tongue-coating and medium-bodied, Super Duper Street Shark finishes balanced, with moderate, refreshing bitterness.
