Our signature Kentucky bourbon from our Founders Series is a distinct traditional mash bill sourced from locally grown corn, rye, and malted barley (70/21/9). We distill our single barrel, 90 proof bourbon in the Owensboro region of Western Kentucky.
After of minimum of three years aging in New American Char #4 White Oak barrels, we transport the barrel to Bardstown, and dump and bottle each barrel individually. The final product is a full bodied, amber colored spirit with caramel, butterscotch notes, and a nutty spicy finish.
