Terralta Tequila Añejo is a distinguished expression crafted from 100% Tequilana Weber agave in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. A meticulous production process involves cooking the agave in stone/brick ovens, extraction by tahona, and fermentation in stainless steel tanks without fibers. This is an additive-free tequila and it's twice distilled in a copper pot and then aged in used American White Oak barrels.
Robust and complex profile, often featuring notes of cooked agave, oak, caramel, and vanilla, among others.
