Overview: This cuvée is the quintessence of our Estate: a blend of 80% Meunier, 10% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir expressing a perfect balance. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand and come from our whole vineyard, combining the distinctive features of all our qualitative terroirs in the same bottle.
Tasting Notes: Bright, golden yellow. Yellow fruit, dried fruit, nuts, then citrus. Rich, balanced, unctuous with a nice acidity.
Pairing: Serve with oysters, scallop carpaccio, ceviche, quail with grapes, or lobsters.
