Matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks, this whisky balances the sweet style of Tomintoul with a textured, full bodied and buttery flavour profile.”
TASTING: "NOSE - Sweet and inviting with aromas of sugared almond, icing sugar, orchard fruits and crème brûlée with hints of lemon curd; PALATE - Madagascan vanilla pod and toasted almonds mixed with cinnamon Danish, oat biscuits and citrus oils; FINISH - Warming and toasty with layers of roast hazelnuts, mocha and fresh grassy highlights."
