• Botanical triple sec produced by Azar Spirits in Mexico City, Mexico • Distilled at women-owned-and-operated Flor de Luna Distillery by Maestra Destiladora Hillhamn Salome • Produced using 10 botanicals including both sweet and bitter orange varieties, pomelo, tangerine, lime, orange blossom, lavender, cardamom, tuberose, and black pepper • Base spirit double copper pot distilled from barley, corn, and rye • Botanicals are macerated in the spirit for 4 days before a third and final distillation • Sweetened with agave nectar • Clear-eyed and bright, offering aromas far beyond the preponderance of citrus in the mix; cardamom leaps forward distinctly while the combination of black pepper and nectar implies agave distinctly.
