• Blend: 77% Pinot Gris, 19% Muscat (for a floral pop), 7% Pinot Noir (for color), and 1% Chardonnay.

• Winemaking: Grapes are harvested ripe yet restrained, destemmed some even in the vineyard—allowing varied skin contact times. Fermented slowly at cool temperatures (~50‑55°F) for over a month, then fermentation is halted at approximately 4.5 g/L residual sugar to achieve a lively and balanced profile.
