The Bardstown 15 Year Old by Valinch & Mallet is a premium single-cask, Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2024.
Selected by the independent bottler Valinch & Mallet, this high-proof release is aged in new charred white oak, offering a complex, aged profile.
Nose: Intense and fruity. Vanilla, pepper and a hint of nutmeg.
Palate: Oily mouthfeel, spice on the front palate. A few drops of water bring out the honey and sweet corn.
Finish: Long finish, vanilla, oak spice and white pepper.
