The process of creating this rum involved taking a Demerara Diamond and adding the right amount of Versailles, tasting and adjusting until a satisfactory result was obtained. The continental aging lasted 27 years, and the final result was bottled by Valinch & Mallet. The graphic design and artwork are signed Ilaria Simeoni, and only 221 bottles were produced.
