Vanderpump Rose

Vanderpump Rosé is made from several grapes; Cinsault, Grenache, and Syrah, sourced from the gorgeous vineyards of the Côtes de Provence AOP, France. With minimal skin contact, this wine has a pale peach color, with a nose of red currant, pepper, and light citrus. A refreshing acidity completes this classic, dry Provencal rosé.

VINIFICATION: Produced in Côtes de Provence, France, our Rosé is sourced from grapes in the interior Valley of Provence and Sainte Victoire Terroir where the sunshine is plentiful and frequent dry, cool mistral winds blow in from the north. The vineyard soils are primarily clay, limestone pebbles and sand, and the hillsides are covered with wild lavender, rosemary and thyme. With minimal skin contact, of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah grapes, this wine has a refreshing acidity that completes this classic, dry Provencal rosé.

COLOR: Pale rose, peach color.

NOSE: Elegant nose with delicate red currant and hints of pepper as well as sweet citrus.

PALATE: On the palate, it reveals a touch of strawberry, tangerine and peach in a dry, classic style.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Perfect with grilled vegetables, chilled seafood, soft cheeses, heirloom salads, fresh appetizers, and of course the classic Provence dish, Moules Frites.
