This anejo tequila, a deep amber liquid, is aged for an impressive twelve months in American oak barrels, allowing it to develop a complex flavor profile that balances sweetness and spice. Crafted at the renowned Finos de Fabrica Tequilas distillery, it is overseen by Arturo Fuentes, affectionately known as “The Godfather of Tequila.” The tequila is made from hand-picked 100% Blue agave, which thrives in the volcanic soil of Mexico. The agave hearts, or pinas, are meticulously cooked in traditional stone brick ovens before undergoing distillation, ensuring a smooth and rich taste.
