This cask-strength blend of straight bourbons is our rarest offering to date, with less than 500 total bottles produced. Crafted from three carefully chosen mash bills, averaging 72% corn, 23% rye, and 5% malted barley, the blend has an average age of 6.4 years. Carefully selected individual barrels are harvested and blended, with no water added during the process. This whiskey offers an authentic expression of its time in the barrel.
NOSE: The nose opens with soft notes of cherry and vanilla cola, transitioning into an intense richness of brown sugar and caramel, rounded out by a pronounced hazelnut finish.
PALATE: The flavor profile unfolds with cooked stone fruit, honey, and blackberry, layered with caramel sweetness and a touch of white pepper.
FINISH: The finish features bold black pepper spice and rich tobacco, elegantly balanced by lingering notes of caramelized macadamia nuts.
