100% Dry Riesling! Daniel and Jonas Brand are brothers and fifth generation winemakers in the Pfalz. Although their family has been working environmentally sustainably since 1994, when the brothers took over in 2014 they knew they wanted to get organic certification. They make use of herbal teas as treatments, and encourage the growth of wild plants between the vines to foster bee populations in the vineyards. The dry Riesling Liter is tart and crisp, with notes of green apple skin, salt, underripe nectarines, and lemon juice. The electric acidity skews any notion that this is a fuller, richer Pfalz wine. A Liter means more friends to share with or more wine left over (maybe) on day two! ORGANIC.
