From 20 year-old vines on limestone soil. After a three-week fermentation period on the skins, 85% of the wine is transferred to stainless steel tanks and the balance spends time in used oak barrels. A nose of passion fruit, citrus, red fruit and earth (fresh herbs) leads to a refreshing palate with ripe red fruit, more citrus, and a modicum of effervescence.
