Wheyward Wheyskey is a first of its kind handcrafted and barrel-aged specialty spirit distilled from domestically sourced whey. All of our flavor is created naturally during the fermentation of whey and the cuts we carefully make during distillation followed by the process we take to let that flavor fully blossom and mature through oak aging.
