Daily Serving was born out of our desire to express intense, saturated fruit character in beer form. After thoughtful experimentation with Permutation 6.47 and 6.51, we found that the German Berliner Weisse style, with its delicate, yet fluffy mouthfeel and even-keeled acidity is the perfect foundation for robust fruit additions.
Featuring a blend of tart and lively red berries, Daily Serving: Raspberry, Pomegranate & Cranberry presents a vibrant deep purple color with an inviting haze. The aroma shows jammy, sweet raspberry upfront, with underlying notes of fresh-squeezed pomegranate juice and cranberry curd tart rounding out each sip. With its gentle sweetness and bright, but balanced acidity working in harmony, this Daily Serving is built to energize the palate on a cold winter's evening.
