Mazzer Doser Fin Adjustment (Regulator) Knob
This is the regulator knob you loosen or tighten to adjust the doser fin, Mazzer's method for fine-tuning how much coffee each doser lever pull dispenses. As these are being phased out, they are now a special order item, and typically require 6-8 weeks for processing prior to shipping.

External, tool-free swap, simply unthreads from the doser fin adjustment post.
PRO TIPS
- If dose weight drifts pull to pull, check that this knob is actually locking down tight, a stripped or loose regulator knob lets the fin creep out of adjustment during normal grinder vibration.
